Within a few days, you will receive bespoke mood boards inspired by your Vision Discovery session. These will include colour palettes thoughtfully developed using colour theory, with up to three distinct styles to explore. We will then have a short follow-up meeting to review your preferences, make any adjustments, and discuss your budget.

Step 3: Vendor Recommendations and Planning Guide

 

Based on your budget and chosen style, you will receive a curated list of vendors who align with your vision or specialise in your preferred aesthetic. You will also receive a general planning timeline to help you stay organised and on track.

Step 4: Enjoy Your Wedding Planning

 

Now the fun really begins! You are welcome to book additional sessions at any stage if you would like further support throughout your planning journey.

Day Of Coordination

Designed for couples who want to relax and be fully present on their wedding day, this service provides up to eight hours of on site coordination to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Ella will arrive ahead of your guests to oversee final setup and vendor arrivals, ensuring every detail is in place. Throughout the day, Ella will act as the main point of contact for your vendors, manage the timeline, and handle any unexpected situations with care and efficiency. From cueing key moments such as your ceremony entrance and speeches to keeping everything running to plan, Ella will work quietly behind the scenes so you can focus on celebrating.

In the lead up to your wedding, we will have a detailed handover session where you can walk Ella through your plans, key contacts, and priorities, ensuring a seamless transition from planning to execution.
